Introduction

The horizontally arranged kneading blades of the IKA®-DUPLEX and ZETA heavy-duty kneading machines are able to process mixtures of highest viscosities. Due to the increased shear forces achieved by the DUPLEX blade geometry, the kneading time can be reduced by up to 30% – at improved product quality. Already in the basic execution all IKA® kneading machines are equipped with useful options and interfaces. Thus IKA® is setting a standard for kneading machines.
